This luxurious brand new corner apartment on the ground floor is part of the small-scale CBW 366 resort in Jan Thiel. And consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a modern bathroom and a large veranda overlooking the tropical garden and the beautiful swimming pool. From the veranda you walk onto the pool deck to swim laps in the 25 meter long swimming pool. On the terrace you will find a lounge sofa and a cozy round dining table.

The Space

The spacious, tastefully decorated living room has an open kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and a cozy cooking island. Naturally, the kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, etc. In the living room, also equipped with air conditioning, you can chill out, read a book, listen to music via Bluetooth music system, or do some work. at the kitchen island or watch your favorite series on the large smart TV. By opening the large sliding doors in the living room, the living room becomes one with the veranda. Through the veranda you have direct access to the beautiful tropical garden where the 25-meter-long swimming pool is located. On the terrace you will find a lovely lounge sofa and a large dining table. Here you can enjoy the Caribbean outdoors to the fullest. If you like to BBQ, there is a gas BBQ available on request. The two bedrooms have a king and queen size bed and ample closet space. In the second bedroom, the beds can be split into two single beds upon request. The master bedroom has its own luxurious en suite bathroom, but the second bathroom also lacks nothing.

Other things to pay attention to

The apartment has a separate room with washing machine and dryer, which also serves as a storage space for your suitcases. To make your stay even more comfortable, both the living room and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. You will definitely enjoy your stay in this beautiful apartment!

 Geverifieerd Ótima unidade, nova, bem decorada e equipada e com limpeza impecável. Localização muito boa pra quem pretende acessar as áreas mais agitadas da ilha, em especial a praia de Jan Thiel.Há uma quota de eletricidade e água bastante razoável e suficiente pra quem usa com razoabilidade.Equipe profissional muito gentil e atenciosa.  Geverifieerd Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het super mooie, schone,ruime en moderne appartement van Wouter! Prachtig zwembad en een groot eigen terras met ventilator waar je s'avonds heerlijk kunt zitten.Wij zouden dit appartement aan iedereen aanraden!  Geverifieerd We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The outdoor living space was truly a 10 out of 10.There were wonderful restaurants just a five-minute drive away, which made evenings out very easy.We would gladly stay here again if we ever visit the island.

 Geverifieerd het huisje is meer dan moeite waard, super schoon, alles wat je thuis nodig hebt is in het huisje te vinden. communicatie was ook erg top. ik kwam in de avond aan en mijn zusje was er eerder. de host heeft haar netjes in ontvangst genomen en onze vakantie kon beginnen. Wij mochten zelfs later vertrekken dan de plande tijd dat was mega top. huisje is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. dank jullie wel

 Geverifieerd Wat hebben wij intens genoten in het appartement van Wouter. Wij kozen voor dit appartement omdat het er op de foto’s al geweldig uit zag en vonden het hekje om de veranda af te sluiten ideaal voor onze twee-jarige dochter.Het is brandschoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en het is goed geïsoleerd, dus je hebt geen last van eventuele luide buren. Als je verantwoord en slim omgaat met de airco blijf je ook gemakkelijk binnen je verbruik. Ook de wasmachine in je appartement is een uitkomst als je langere tijd verblijft, vooral met twee kindjes onder de twee.Je zit heerlijk in de buurt van Jan Thiel Beach, Mambo of Willemstad. De AH (van den Tweel) en de Spar (Vreugdenhil) zitten om de hoek.Het contact met verhuurder en complexbeheerder verliepen beide soepel zowel voor als na de boeking.Voor ons echt een heerlijke vakantie geweest en zeker een aanrader!  Geverifieerd Heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement van Wouter. Reageert snel op vragen en Yvette ondersteund hem daarin. Bij een normaal stroom/water gebruik overschrijdt je de limiet niet.

 Geverifieerd Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Wouter.Le logement est magnifique et conforme aux photos, excellente literie, la piscine est superbe.Yvette est très réactive et gère parfaitement l'appartement.Le forfait électricité est un peu juste, nous sommes restés dans la limite mais en faisait attention à notre consommation. Appartement bien isolé qui garde un peu de fraîcheur même lorsque la climatisation est éteinte.Seul bémol, la proximité de la route entraîne un peu de bruit les soirs de week-end.En synthèse, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

 Geverifieerd We zijn goed opgevangen door Yvette en ook reageerde ze altijd snel indien je haar nodig hebt. Alles is goed en netjes geregeld en ook het appartement komt overeen met de foto’s. Er is zelfs rekening gehouden met me zoontje waarvoor er een babybedje was geregeld. Top dus.
